HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. — Former Hasbrouck Heights resident Domenica “Mae” DiPisa (Ferraro) died on Friday, May 13. She was 96.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., DiPisa was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church and a member of the Woman’s Club and the Bocce Ball Club all in Toms River.
DiPisa is survived by her children and their spouses; son, John DiPisa and his wife Susan; son, Dr. Leonard DiPisa and his wife Sandy; son Ralph DiPisa and his wife.
She also is survived by her grandchildren and their spouses; grandson, Mark DiPisa and his wife Stephanie; grandson Scott DiPisa and his wife Laura; granddaughter Jennifer Siegel and her husband Kenneth; grandson Brian DiPisa and his wife Mary Kate; grandsons Matthew and Christopher DiPisa; and great-grandchildren Joseph, Kaitlin, Daniela, Jadin and Giana.
DiPisa was predeceased by her husband, Leonard DiPisa; sisters Mary Francese and Margaret LaMagna; and parents John and Angelina Ferraro.
The funeral from Costa Memorial Home in Hasbrouck Heights will be held on Thursday, May 19 at 8:30 a.m.
The funeral liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church, in Hasbrouck Heights will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Interment following at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, in Arneytown.
Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 18 from 4-8 p.m.
